What's up, my Greats!

Let me say something you might not expect:

There is no shortage of opportunity.

There’s a shortage of people who are ready for it.

Most people are out here saying, “I’m waiting for my shot.”
No—you’re surrounded by it.

You just don’t see it yet.

Jesus said it like this:

“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”
— Matthew 9:37

That’s not just spiritual. That’s real life.

The Field Is Already Full

Opportunity isn’t hiding from you.
It’s not locked behind some secret door.
It’s not reserved for “lucky” people.

It’s everywhere.

Problems that need solving.
People that need help.
Gaps in the market.
Voices that need to be heard.

That’s the field.

And the field is full.

But here’s the issue…

Most People Don’t Want to Work the Field

They want the reward without the responsibility.
They want the spotlight without the sacrifice.
They want success without the service.

And it doesn’t work like that.

Workers are few because real work requires:

• Consistency when it’s boring
• Discipline when it’s uncomfortable
• Faith when it’s unclear

That’s the part most people avoid.

Faithfulness Beats Flashiness

You don’t need to be the most talented.
You don’t need to be the most connected.
You don’t need to be the loudest.

You need to be faithful.

Faithful in the small things.
Faithful when nobody’s watching.
Faithful when results are slow.

Because faithfulness compounds.

And over time, it separates you from 99% of people who quit too early.

Stop Waiting—Start Working

You don’t find your calling by waiting.
You find it by working.

You step into purpose by showing up, trying things, serving people, and staying consistent long enough for clarity to show up.

Too many people want perfect direction before they move.

But movement creates direction.

You Might Be the Answer Someone’s Praying For

Let that sink in.

Somebody out there needs what you know.
What you’ve learned.
What you’ve been through.

And while you’re sitting there overthinking, doubting, hesitating…

They’re still waiting.

Not for perfection.
Not for you to “have it all together.”

Just for you to show up.

Here’s the Bottom Line

The opportunity is not the problem.
The field is already full.

The question is:

Are you willing to work it?

Are you willing to show up when it’s inconvenient?
To serve before you see results?
To stay consistent when nobody’s clapping?

Because the ones who win aren’t the ones who found a secret path.

They’re the ones who stayed faithful in the field long enough for the harvest to come.

So stop looking for something new.

Start working what’s already in front of you.

Now go make it happen!
